!!! They're back !!! We're excited to bring Burger Addict into our food truck lineup! BURGER ADDICT makes delicious hand-made burgers from fresh, hormone-free ingredients. Only hand selected Washington State Angus Top Sirloin is used at BURGER ADDICT. We grind our meat fresh through-out the day, so you can come in and taste fresh. Our specialty burgers, we marinade for 4 days, then grind it to get that great flavor! Fresh Idaho potatoes that are specifically handpicked to make the best fries possible. We cook them in natural and additive-free 100% Vegetable Shortening. BURGER ADDICT only uses sea salt and cracked black pepper!

Trivia Night is every Tuesday at 7pm! Teams of 1-6 are welcome to join. Prizes include Imbibe Gift Cards to the Top 3 Teams, first and second place get social media fame, and even second to last place walks away with a prize. Game consists of 5x Question Rounds of 10x Questions each and a Picture Round. Recommended you arrive no later than 6:30pm to secure a spot and have enough time to grab a beer. See you on Tuesday!

About: Started in 2022 by Octavio Ortega (Mexicuban, TGA Hood & Fire Suppression). Fulfilling his desires to bring Latin fusion flavors to his love of wood fired pizza with exciting collaborations of Cochinita Pibil Slow roasted pork, plantains, red onions, cotija cheese with a habanero crema sauce. Ortega’s childhood had him growing up in the Veracruz region of Mexico. Ortega loves to meld his roots with Caribbean cuisine, his stepdad being Cuban and introducing him to the wonderful tapestry of flavors that Cuba has to offer with a pizza called Havana with Cuban roast pork, banana peppers, dill pickles, red onion, Mozzarella cheese with a chipotle sauce base. Also staying true to the roots that wood fired pizza has represented for hundreds of years we still make all the classic pies, Cheese, Pepperoni and Margherita. Candela proves to be more and more an experience in experimenting what flavors we can really do on some wood fired dough. Cornhole is back at Imbibe for the summer! You're invited to our 2nd Tournament of 2024, on May 18, 2024 starting at 1pm (weather permitting). You can register on the Scoreholio app on your smartphone. Buy-in is $20. You can come alone or bring a friend. All skill levels are welcome! The event is 21+. See you there!

With their years of experience are excited to bring you their own special woodfired pizza. inspired by the many pizza shops we worked at and owned over the past decade. Pizzamaniac is here to push the limits whilst keeping their award winning recipes and charm. so follow us for for scheduling an ordering or book us for you next event and you’ll be a pizzamaniac before you know it.

Starting back in 2011, The Big Boy’s Filipino food truck offers all the amazing Filipino dishes that are mixed with a dash of Hawaiian flavors. At Big Boy’s, you will be able to find anything from Lechon to Poke, as they promise you the traditional Filipino taste with a hint of adventure. That adventure is in the combination of Filipino food cooking styles with Hawaiian island flavor! From 2013 to 2015 Big Boy’s constantly served top class dishes at the Bite of Seattle events, check them out!

Gonzo Panini has been serving up Italian-inspired toasted sandwich creations along with soup, fancy-pants appetizers, and desserts over the last couple summers in the Inland Northwest, all to rave reviews, making new friends and fans along the way. We are now back, here in the Great Pacific Northwest! When you get right down to it, “Panini” is just an Italian word for sandwich, but when you dig into a Gonzo Panini, you know what’s a Panini! Crispy grilled, Herbed Focaccia or Olive Oil Ciabatta outside, ooey-gooey, and cozy-warm on the inside, whether you like sweet and savory or savory with a kick, Gonzo Panini has your tastebuds covered!
