We're tapping our final keg of The Mayor IPA — and we're not letting it go quietly.

If you don't know the backstory: The Mayor was born right here. It started as a stand-in for the Mayor of Maple Valley Open, the charity event thrown by Ian Furness (yep — "The Mayor" himself). The beer was too good to retire, so Georgetown kept it going — and every single dime goes to three foundations that matter: Hilinski's Hope (mental health for student athletes), the Jordan Morris Foundation (kids with Type 1 diabetes), and the Avery Huffman Foundation (DIPG research).

Bright, golden, and unfiltered — orange, pineapple, lime, and papaya all day. A hometown beer, for a hometown cause.

Once this keg kicks, it's gone. Come raise one with us. 🍻

Bale Breaker isn't just a great brewery — they literally grow hops on the same land their family has farmed for generations. When they make a fresh hop beer, it doesn't get more authentic than that. 🌾 This is one of the most unique and fleeting experiences in all of craft beer. 🍺 BREWERS NIGHT: GREAT NOTION BREWING 🍺 Thursday, October 29th · 6PM · Imbibe Bottle House & Taproom Our Brewers Night series rolls on — and this one's a heavy hitter. We're pouring Great Notion Brewing, the Portland crew often credited with helping kick off the whole PNW hazy IPA craze. If you love soft, juicy, fruit-forward IPAs, this is your night. Got a sweet tooth? Their "culinary-inspired" sours and stouts are the stuff of legend — think the famous Blueberry Muffin sour and dessert-like pastry stouts. Their motto is "keep beer fun," and that's exactly the plan. Come hang out, ask questions, and work your way through the lineup with us. 🍻
